Mackey Payton Almy is a twenty-four year old actor and performer. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Mackey found her love for performing on the stage in her family’s home karaoke room. That love only grew through Mackey’s participation in school and summer musicals. She attended and received her BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, New Studio on Broadway.

She has been in productions such as Six Degrees of Separation, Legally Blonde, and Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Mackey finds joy in both comedic and dramatic roles. She is constantly looking to challenge herself in her work, playing characters whose perspective on the world is different than her own. In her performances she strives to bring audiences feelings of joy, introspection, and empathy.
